Brain Pop

Brain Pop is an online resources for grades K-12. I like to call it "United Streaming" for kids. It has over a hundred interactive cartoon videos on any number of subjects. Also, the students can: download worksheets on the video, take a quiz before and after to reinforce learning, and check out a timeline on the subject.
Another great aspect of Brain Pop are the resources available for teachers and parents. Teachers can download lesson plans, meet State Correlations, and check view how other schools are using Brain Pop in their classrooms.Parents have the ability to learn how to use Brain Pop for homeschooling, check out complete movie lists, and correlate activites with state standards.
